Service FAQs
Trash Chute Cleaning Questions
More questions? Call 754-400-BINS
Which buildings do you service?
Condominiums and apartment buildings with trash chutes across Broward and Palm Beach counties.
Will residents lose chute access?
Only while we clean. Management lets residents know ahead of time and the chute reopens when we finish.
What access do you need?
The top of the chute, the collection room at the bottom and the chute doors on each floor.
How often should a chute be cleaned?
It depends on the building’s size and how heavily the chute is used. We recommend a frequency at the assessment.
Can you clean the trash room too?
Yes. The collection room can be pressure washed and we can clean the bins or dumpster the chute empties into.
